Dynamic Consulting in December 1999.
Over the past nine years, Mark has grown to become one of America’s leading coaches

The Dynamic Consulting client base has grown to over 120 companies and 5 not-for-profits in 9
years of operations. The majority of these firms have annual revenues in the tens to
hundreds of millions of dollars. We have earned business in nearly every business sector. Most of DCI's
clients have engaged multiple services multiple times, including one firm that has utilized
its services on over 15 different contracted engagements.
Mark is an enthusiastic advocate of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and the
Nebraska Edgerton Quality Award. He utilizes its principles in his strategic plan coaching
process and in his new program, Productivity, Quality, & Safety (PQS).
