Twenty-eight years of work in business development, executive matters, continuous improvement, and efficiency improvement for Fortune 500 firms and several medium-sized firms provided Mark Bonkiewicz with a solid base of proven exeutive-level skills. Mark and his wife, Paula, established Dynamic Consulting in December 1999.

Over the past nine years, Mark has grown to become one of America’s leading coaches in five different areas of business:

Most of DCI's clients have engaged multiple services multiple times, including one firm that has utilized its services on over 15 different contracted engagements.

Mark is an enthusiastic advocate of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and the Nebraska Edgerton Quality Award. He utilizes its principles in his strategic plan coaching process and in his new program, Productivity, Quality, & Safety (PQS).
